The broad range of experience gained by Camill Constructions’ directors, prior to the company establishment in 2002, has been integral to the development of their enviable, word-of-mouth reputation.

David Mills began his building career in his family’s building company, before moving on to sub-contract with local builders and develop his extensive trade experience. David managed a range of community and commercial projects, including the construction/renovation of retail, health, education, and sporting facilities. David holds a level IV Certificate in Building Technology, qualifications in building energy rating design, carpentry, painting, plastering, concreting, paving and tiling, and an individual builders’ licence (no. 1010353; Builder - low rise).

Before 2002, Mike Calvert built and managed the construction of a wide variety of building and renovation projects with budgets ranging from a few thousand dollars to more than $30 million. These projects included new homes; community, education and health facilities; and commercial constructions (including fit-outs in Canberra’s ‘new’ Parliament House). Mike holds a Bachelor degree of Applied Science in Building, and an individual builders’ licence (no: 1011105; Builder - open).
